Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution. 0 to 1 year of experience is preferred.
Skills
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Communication
Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with the youth. Candidate should be proficient in Hindi language—both speaking and understanding.
Expertise
Strong architectural knowledge with practical expertise. Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
Alignment
Familiarity and alignment with the philosophy and values of the Vastukul Fellowship.
Commitment
Ready for a full-time, 6-month on-site commitment.
Location
Comfortable with potential placement in rural parts of Haryana.
Selection Process: Vastukul Team accepts applications on a rolling basis. Here’s the step-by step guide to our selection process.
1. Application
Submit your application via Google form with essential details, including your resume, achievements, experiences, and motivations to join the Vastukul Fellowship.
2. Telephonic Conversation
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a 15-20 minute telephonic conversation. This session aims to delve deeper into your profile, allowing us to understand you better and provide you with insights into the program. This will focus on clarifying your motivations, assessing feasibility, and evaluating the concreteness of your action plan. Successful candidates are notified after a series of interactive sessions with the Vastukul team.
3. Technical Round
Post a telephonic conversation, selected candidates will undergo a virtual technical round including a 45-minute mock teaching session on any architecture module. Candidates will be judged on their teaching, communication, and presentation skills.Â
Based on the combined analysis of all three rounds, successful candidates will be notified with joining details.
